In return for their commitment, Reserve International Recruits receive a 12-month rotational opportunity via J-1 Visa Internships followed by club sponsored H2B Visa for up to 3-years in a position that meets the priorities of the recruit and your club.They anticipate gaining hands-on experience and in-depth exposure to club and resort operations. Recruits may work in all positions throughout the operations and should be afforded the opportunity to develop supervisory and management skills.

As part of our program, Recruits expect hands-on and instructor-led management training in food and beverage, culinary, golf, tennis, spa, salon, fitness, aquatics, course and grounds maintenance, membership, marketing, catering, banquets, front desk, accounting, and even human resources. This training, coupled with hands-on experience, prepare the Recruits for immediate placement into your club or resort operation after one year.

Reserve International Recruit Participant Requirements

  • A degree or a certificate in hospitality, sports management or culinary from a post-secondary academic institution plus one year of experience. Alternatively, five (5) years verifiable related work experience outside of the US in hospitality, sports management, or culinary fields.

  • Interns must be actively enrolled in a post-secondary degree or certificate granting institution or have graduated less than 12 months prior to the proposed program start date. Their field of study must be related to the hospitality & tourism, sports management or culinary field restaurant, hotel, resort, tourist trade, leisure, or golf, tennis, or culinary).

  • Strong interest in a management career with the opportunity for advancement and promotion.

  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.

  • Technical aptitude demonstrated through interest and exposureto new technology.
